Luxury is coming to Mitchelton sooner than expected, as construction kicks off early in September on apartment complex Signature on Mitchelton.
Located opposite the Brookside Shopping Centre, Signature on Mitchelton will comprise of two four-storey apartment dwellings and was expected to be finished by late 2016. But due to a record number of sales, developer Pacific Enterprises have decided to start construction early.
Project Manager, Al Hunt says 50 per cent of the apartments have already been sold.
“We’ve sold 50 per cent of the total units in just 6 weeks, which means we are way ahead of schedule,” he says.
“A lot of our buyers actually work in town and they’ve fallen in love with the idea of Mitchelton, because they can get to work quickly.”

“Mitchelton is for people who want all the convenience of living in town (CBD) without actually living in town,” he says.
“Just imagine living in a luxury apartment just one minute from a large shopping centre and three minutes from the bus and train station.”
The complex is only minutes away from quality day care, primary and secondary schools, sporting facilities, parklands and of course the Brookside Shopping Centre (with over 120 retailers), is right across the road. Mitchelton really is the hidden gem, but it’s not going to stay that way for long.
