The case of a man who allegedly used a fake profile to befriend and stalk Queensland Firebirds star Romelda Aiken will return to court next month.
A Queensland man accused of stalking Queensland netball star Romelda Aiken has had his case mentioned in a Toowoomba court.
Stephen John Grott, 46, has been charged with two counts of unlawful stalking and two counts of using a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence.
Grott allegedly befriended the Firebirds player by using a fake social media profile and convinced her to send nude photographs to him.
Ms Aiken went to the police after Grott allegedly posted the photographs online.
He was arrested in early October and was not required to appear when the case was mentioned in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on Monday morning.
The matter was adjourned for further mention on November 10.
