Ball Park Music have announced a national tour, with a tongue-in-cheek concept of being completely in 3D with no visual aids.

Ball Park Music have announced a national tour, with tongues firmly placed in their cheeks.

The Brisbane indie band have titled it their Trippin’ the Light Fantastic tour claiming “it’s time to enter the next dimension”.

In their tour announcement, fans who come to the show are told they will get to experience an innovative performance in 3D without any visual aid, and watch all five members as “moving three-dimensional objects”.

The statement continues, explaining the shows will be so close to reality that audience members will think they’re experiencing the band performing in the flesh.

“This is just a crazy concept we have always wanted to turn into a reality,” lead singer Sam Cromack said.

The quirky Queenslanders also claim fans can expect to see an out of this world light show that will be at least as mind blowing as previous light shows featured on Ball Park Music tours.
