A Queensland man pulled out a gun and pointed it at another driver in the middle of the afternoon on a busy road, police say.
A man has been charged with pulling a gun on another driver on a busy road in north Queensland.
Police allege the man pulled out a gun and pointed it at the other driver when they were driving on a busy Townsville main road on Wednesday afternoon.
The other driver sped up and drove off on Ross River Road.
Officers say the gun wasn’t fired and no one was harmed.
Police later found the man at his home and a gun in his car.
He has been charged with going armed so as to cause fear, unlawful possession of a weapon and traffic matters.
The man is due to appear in Townsville Magistrates Court on Thursday.
