The car slammed into the Royal Hotel at Ingham on Friday night, injuring four young people inside the vehicle and three patrons who were in the way.
Two men and a woman inside the car received life-threatening injuries, while the fourth passenger, a man, had minor injuries.
All four, aged between 18 and 27, were taken to Townsville Hospital.
