Brisbanites experienced their city from new heights at the launch of Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar.

Guests sampled the new venue’s delicious food and cocktail menu and enjoyed breathtaking views of the city.

Located within the Pullman and Mercure Brisbane King George Square hotel, Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar offers amazing views of Brisbane’s skyline and the City Hall clock tower.

Named for its lofty vantage point 16 levels above ground and for its roof ‘branches’ reminiscent of a deer’s antlers, the space is an open, airy and green retreat.

The new bar offers a superior selection of craft beers, cocktails and quality wines. Pullman Brisbane King George Square’s executive chef Gary Howieson oversees the bar menu, which means guests are able to dine from Pullman’s Tapastry menu at the bar.

Showcasing the best of regionally grown ingredients on small plates, the Tapastry menu was designed under the direction of Pullman’s ‘Australian Culinary Ambassador’, Justin North, to support local providors and provide lighter, high protein options.

Sixteen Antlers accommodates a maximum of 120 guests at a time, with casual high top tables and seating (and more comfortable lounge seats for those who arrive early).

Live DJ sets are scheduled for Friday nights, with laidback background beats creating an ambient soundtrack for after work drinks and catch-ups throughout the rest of the week.

Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar — on the 16th floor of the Pullman & Mercure Brisbane King George Square, on the corner of Ann and Roma Streets, Brisbane City — is open from Tuesday to Saturday each week, from 3pm ’til late.
