Feisty reality TV duo Chloe James and Kelly Ramsay are bringing their signature style to a Brisbane kitchen.

Launching at the end of February, My Kitchen Rules favourites Chloe and Kelly will host monthly interactive cooking events for food-loving Brisbanites at Hotel Jen.

Demonstrating the duo’s ‘nose-to-tail’ eating philosophy, keen foodies will learn to cook new dishes before enjoying a three-course meal.

Kelly says she hopes the classes will be popular with Brisbane’s thriving food community.

“We can’t wait to share our love of nose-to-tail with Brisbane–the city has a great rep for sustainable eating with heaps of impressive community gardens and we are confident our events will be well received by local foodies,” she says.

The hotel’s rooftop garden forms an integral part of the Cooking up a Storm classes, allowing guests to physically source their ingredients enforcing the sustainable ethos integral to Chloe and Kelly’s style.

“When we heard Hotel Jen source most of their produce from a sky garden on their roof we were really impressed,” says Kelly.
