Meditation is the deliberate focusing of attention to bring about feelings of calm and heightened energy and awareness.

During this 60 minute guided mediation Venerable Miao Lai will help you to release anxiety and increase a sense of well-being.

Venerable Miao Lai will also provide techniques to help patrons practice mindfulness in everyday life.
