Summer is coming and that means it’s time to shake off your winter layers, leave your doona behind and venture out into Brisbane’s beautiful outdoors.

The best place to start? Why, the Medibank Feel Good Program of course! Held in the exquisite South Bank Parklands, the Program offers free fitness classes (including yoga, Pilates, Zumba and more) from Monday 26 September until Saturday 3 December 2016.

All weekday classes take place at the southern end of the Little Stanley Street Lawns and the Aqua Aerobics class on Saturday takes place at the Boat Pool (next to Streets Beach).

We recommend bringing along a water bottle and towel, and a yoga mat (where required) if you have one. We do have a limited number of yoga mats, but they are offered out on a first-in, first-served basis. Check out the class timetable below to plan your workout.


ENERGY – Wednesdays at 5.45pm
A seriously high-energy, calorie-consuming athletic workout that will burn fat and give you results fast.

PILATES – Tuesdays at 5.45pm
A sequence of resistance and strength exercises that will improve your posture, alignment and flexibility.

BUBACISE – Wednesdays at 9.30am
A class to strengthen and tone new mums as well as introduce movement and motor development in bubs.

YOGA – Mondays at 5.45pm and Saturdays at 8am
A class that practises fluidity and heat to help with strengthening and flexibility of the body.

ZUMBA® – Thursdays at 5.45pm
A dance party-style class featuring simple but seriously hot choreographed dance moves.

AQUA AEROBICS – Saturdays at 9.30am
A water-based, low impact class to improve flexibility and muscle strength.

The Medibank Feel Good Program has been designed to suit all fitness levels, with classes ranging from low impact to high energy options.

All classes are free and bookings are not required – just turn up and join in on the fun!
