Pack up the kids, pop your pooch on a lead, and head to Warner Lakes for a fantastic day of fun at the inaugural Walk for Sarbi Day, at Warner Lakes The Reserve.
Some of Brisbane’s most famous military dogs, including cute air force puppies-in-training, will make a special guest appearance to celebrate the opening of a new foreshore park and observation deck overlooking Lake Reflections.
Come along and be one of the first to walk across the pedestrian link bridge connecting the two communities – Warner Lakes and Warner Lakes The Reserve. Then join the party in Sarbi Park named after Sarbi, Australia’s most famous dog of war.
There will be entertainment for the whole family, with a free jumping castle and face painting, roving entertainers, performances by local groups, a pop up café, juice van and sausage sizzle, manned by volunteers from Warner Lakes Community Association.
