The 21st of June 2015 will mark the first International Day of Yoga worldwide, established by the United Nations.

Regardless of your age or physical state, everyone is invited to participate in a day of celebration of the ancient wisdom of traditional yoga, at Brisbane’s longest standing studio, Yoga in Daily Life Ashram.

There will be a free 2-hour class on Yogic Relaxation, focussing on postures for the health, meditation, Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Yoga Philosophy for Living Yogic principles to benefit overall health and well-being.

This is a free event, and participants will be treated to gifts and healthy snacks.
