Get ready to be taken on an Italian wine discovery and culinary journey, with Alchemy Restaurant & Bar’s first Taste of Italy Dinner, Tuesday 1 April.

Guests will enjoy a lively Italian dinner, hosted by Alchemy’s Head Chef Brad Jolly while local importer from Paradox Wines, Jean-Jaques Peyre uses his expertise in matching the perfect glass of wine to deliver an authentic Italian affair.

The menu encapsulates traditional Italian flavours using high quality produce, while considering the different regions of Italy, dishes and wines from those areas.

The concept of pairing food and wine gives guests the opportunity to find a new favourite variety, style or region of wine as well as learning pairing techniques from one of the best in the business.
