Joachim Froese was born in Montreal, Canada, grew up in Germany and migrated to Australia in 1991. He is an art photographer who currently divides his life between Berlin in Germany and Brisbane.

This workshop combines both practical and theory components and is for photographers who want to improve the content of their images.

It will discuss how photography can be used in order to produce artistic or documentary images that ‘say something’ and go beyond the daily happy snaps.

The workshop will also discuss the work of a number of photographers from past to present.

Morning and afternoon tea provided. BYO lunch, your camera, cable and a USB.
