Energetic and fitness yoga starting with standing postures for beginners to advanced with breathing techniques and relaxation in the fresh air. The session will balance the body, heart and mind.
This class is ideal for people 10-years-old and older.
The yoga and relaxation session will be at Bracken Ridge Library on 18 January from 7.15am to 8.15am.
Please meet at the shelter and bring a mat or cushion and some water.
