How to beautify yourself at the beach this summer.
SOAK UP THE SALT
You may not be a water baby but it’s good for your health to have a proper sea soak when you head down to the beach. Sea water is a miracle treatment for acne and semi-permanent scars because salt is an excellent curing, clearing, and cleansing agent. Sodium chloride helps to cleanse the skin and is effective for mild acne, so instead of using harsh chemicals that can damage pores and cause scarring, try taking a trip to the waves instead!
SAND YOUR WAY TO SUPER SKIN
There’s no need to be dropping coin on expensive exfoliators when you can find a natural substitute right between your toes. Sand is a great natural exfoliator!Dip your feet in the ocean to make them wet. As you walk along the sand, it will stick to your feet and rub away any dead skin cells. For the rest of your skin, sit at the water’s edge and massage the sand into your skin in small circular motions without applying too muchpressure. When you’re done simply dive into the salty waves and wash it all away.
LET THERE BE LIGHT
Why find yourself stuck inside the hairdressers when you could be relaxing on the beach this summer? To lighten your locks, simply mix one cup of lemon juice with 1/4 cup of warm water into a spray bottle and spray the mix onto your hair until it is damp. Then just sit in the sun for 30 minutes to an hour. When you get home just wash your hair as normal and use a conditioning treatment.
