Cars from hit movies can sometimes take the spotlight from actors in big budget films, here are five you’d know.
I think it’s safe to say that anyone would be stoked to have one of the below cars, and often remodels and originals are sold for a high price to super fans who want just that.

1. The DeLorean Time Machine- Back to the Future
Back to the Future used the 1981 DeLorean DMC-12 for all three movies, going through seven DeLoreans during filming. The DeLorean was actually was finished being restored at the beginning of 2013 after a year-long restoration process. Only three DeLoreans survived and only one was purchased for private hands for $541,000.
2. KITT- Knight Rider
KITT was a talking supercar driven by David Hasselhoff four four seasons of Knight Rider between 1982 and 1986. Four Trans-Ams were used during filming and one of the original KITTS was listed on EBay in 2011 with a starting bid of $150,000.
3. Chitty Chitty Bang Bang- Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang was a magic, self-driving, flying car featured in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, the movie and stage production. It was a custom made vehicle in 1968 and the only drivable version ever made was sold in 2011 for $801,450.
4. The Tumbler- Batman Begins
The 2005 custom made vehicle cross tank featured in Batman Begins was driven by Batman himself. The total costs for the original Tumbler for Batman Begins was $250,000, but a custom and handmade version is listed for sale at $2,322,900 for anyone willing to wait 6 to 8 months for it to be build.
…And it wouldn’t be a list of envious movie cars without an appearance from a Bond car.
5. Aston Martin DB5- James Bond’s 1964 Goldfinger
Introduced as the “New” Bond Car in Goldfinger, it became the most famous Bond car and an iconic vehicle in the history of film. It also made its latest appearance in James Bond: Skyfall in 2012. The only known remaining of two made for use in Goldfinger and Thunderball sold for auction for more than $4.6 million.
