French chef Cédric Grolet has created something magical.
To be fair, it might be a while before you start to see imitations of Grolet’s Rubik’s Cakes showing up at your local cake shop — the man is one of a kind, having been voted 2016’s best pastry chef by Relais Desserts, the international society of pastry chefs.
Still, someone’s bound to give it a try before long — Brisbane does love an Insta-friendly dessert, after all.
We’d love to get our hands on one of these babies, just to see how many moves it’d take to solve it…
