Hailing from Italy, Gianni Greghini is the namesake behind the venue and is determined to marry taste and tradition at Gianni’s Kitchen.
The man himself is a lover of delicious authentic Italian food and wine and committed to celebrating the timeless traditions of family and festivities. With this in mind, he has combined a traditional Italian trattoria with a continental-style deli with the same decor and styling throughout for continuity. The result is a unique concept venue which can cater to almost any craving. The restaurant itself seats up to 120 and includes an Italian osteria, cantina, pizzeria, formaggeria and authentic antipasti bar.
There is also a custom-made Beech wood-fired pizza oven to ensure each pizza is cooked to perfection. Almost everything on the menu is made in house and by hand including the pastas, pizza bases and cheeses. Ingredients are imported from Italy to ensure that authentic flavour and in light of this, most dishes are well-known Italian favourites. The team in the kitchen is led by passionate head chef Rossano Tantulli.
Take your family to celebrate a special occasion, pop by for a sneaky glass of vino or bring your entire work team for some serious (and tasty) bonding after work.
Make sure you allow some time to wander through the deli, browsing the well-stocked shelves and sampling the wares on offer. Perhaps take some cheese home with you, pick up some pastries or indulge in a cone of gelato.
And don’t forget they also offer breakfast too. The truffled scrambled eggs and orange candied ricotta crepes are two dishes that demand to be tasted.
