Kelvin Grove is 3km from Brisbane CBD. This hilly suburb takes its name from Kelvin Grove Park in Glasgow, Scotland. From 1901 until 1968 electric trams travelled along Kelvin Grove Road. The Queensland University of Technology (QUT) campus and the Queensland Academy of Creative Industries are located here.
