Held next to the RNA showgrounds in Brisbane, this is an indie, design and arts markets. Local designers and creatives get involved in this event, with live music, food and coffee stalls and a bar! Pick up some locally designed jewellery, accessories, clothing, stationery or artwork.
Where: The Old Museum, Corner of Bowen Bridge Road and Gregory Terrace, Herston
When: 16 to 17 November, 10am to 4pm
As the name suggests, you will be rummaging through suitcases to find some real beauties at this market. The concept is to only have handmade, hand crafted, second hand or recycled products available, they don’t allow anything that is mass produced. You can definitely find a bargain at these markets, with artwork, books, music, cards, homemade crafts and clothing up for grabs.

When: 3, 17, 30 November and 15 December, 12pm to 5pm
Come for the markets and stay for Southbank. The markets at Southbank offer a wide range of arts, crafts, collectibles, jewellery, designer fashion, home wares and food. Browse through the stalls, then take a dip at Southbank’s beach or have lunch onlooking the river.

Cleveland Twilight Market
You can fit more into your weekend with attending a twilight markets, with entertainment and food available while you’re there. Browse through more than thirty stalls of unique, handcrafted, gorgeous goods with something for everyone; from fashion and flowers, to candles and cushions. This event also includes children entertainment, face painting, crafts and a jumping castle.
Where: Raby Bay Harbour Boardwalk, Cleveland
When: 26 October, 23 November and 7 December, 4pm to 8pm
Join over 5000 other bargain hunters that eagerly explore this market’s 380 stalls to find hidden treasures. The Discovery Market offers a range of quality plants, collectibles, home renovation products, books, toys, DVD’s and new and used items.

When: Sundays, 6am to 12pm
Boundary Street Markets
The Boundary Street Markets are held in the heart of West End. A great addition to Brisbane’s Market scene. With over 100 stalls offering everything from avocados to jewellery it doesn’t hurt to get some early insight on some stalls to keep an eye out for.
Where: Corner of Boundary and Mollison Street.
When: Sunday and Saturday 7am to 2pm .
