Will & Grace stars Debra Messing, Eric McCormack, Sean Hayes and Megan Mullally have slipped back into their old characters for a video designed to get American voters to the polls.

The clip, titled #VoteHoney, is presented as a “new scene” from the popular NBC show, and takes place in the present day, as the characters discuss the presidential election.

Naturally, Karen (Mullally) is voting Trump — because he’s one of her oldest friends, and she even helped him “pick out Melania”.

Of course, Will (McCormack) and Grace (Messing) are appalled, and try to convince her to change her mind. When Jack (Hayes) shows up and reveals that he’s a swinging voter, the other characters all try to win him over.

Shelly Morrison, who played Karen’s housekeeper Rosario, also makes an appearance in the video, which ends with Mullally urging voters to “make America bueno again”.

The video has, of course, sparked rumours about a potential comeback for the series on Netflix, which has commissioned a number of similar comebacks for beloved old shows in the past, but for now it looks like the clip is a one-off.
