An alleged Rebels bikie has been charged after going to a gang clubhouse in Brisbane.
Police say the 43-year-old was found in the yard of a property at Virginia, in Brisbane’s north, on July 5.
Under Queensland’s anti-bikie laws, gang members are deemed to have committed a crime if they set foot on properties listed as known bikie haunts.
The man has been charged with being a participant of criminal organisation and entering a prescribed place.
Detective Inspective Brendan Smith says police will continue to target properties where bikies plan crimes and stockpile drugs and weapons.
“Police will continue to monitor gang houses and use all the powers and resources available to target the criminal behaviour of gang members,” he said.
