A man has been attacked by three dingoes on Queensland’s Fraser Island while walking alone on a beach, reports say.
A man is recovering after being mauled by three dingoes on Fraser Island.
The 25-year-old was reportedly walking on a beach near Happy Valley at the time of the attack, about 10.30pm on Monday.
He was bitten on the head and leg before managing to reach Happy Valley township and raising the alarm, Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPS) Fraser Coast principal ranger Ross Belcher told News Ltd.
He was treated for scratches and puncture wounds on the island before being taken to Hervey Bay Hospital.
