A woman is facing an attempted murder charge after allegedly shooting a man in the stomach west of Brisbane.
A woman is due to front a Queensland court, charged with trying to murder a man by shooting him in the stomach.
The 26-year-old man was found bleeding profusely when paramedics arrived at a home at Laidley Heights in the Lockyer Valley, west of Brisbane, on Monday.
He was taken to a Brisbane hospital in a serious but stable condition.
A woman, 33, has been charged with attempted murder and failing to take reasonable care and precautions in respect of a syringe or needle.
She will face the Ipswich Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
