Shane Warne will bare all when he brings his one-man show, Warney Uncut: The Whole Truth and Nothing but the Truth to Brisbane.

Everyone has an opinion on Shane Warne, and now he’s decided it’s time to tell his own story, in his own words, live on stage.

What could go wrong?

This is being billed as the show that will separate fact from fiction, revealing the man behind the myths and the truth behind the tweets.

After countless unauthorised biographies and even a musical, Warne is setting the record straight in Warney Uncut. It’s Warney by Warney. All Warney, all the time.

For better or worse, Warney has been part of our lives since he made his Test debut 25 years ago. He bowled the ‘Ball of the Century’ and he’s Australia’s leading wicket-taker, but he’s also performed live with Coldplay, hosted a TV talk show, been a professional poker player, had several high-profile relationships, and been immortalised in song by Paul kelly and Kevin Bloody Wilson.

But how well do we really know Warney?

He’s famous for his spin. But, as the title suggests, this will be The Whole Truth and Nothing but the Truth — forthright and honest, with his unique sense of style and humour.

Australia’s most talked about sportsman will be doing the talking at QPAC’s Concert Hall on Saturday 29 April. For more info and tickets, visit qpac.com.au.
