If you’re sitting at home right now, watching the kids run amok and wishing you had a bit of peace and quiet – we’ve got the perfect solution to your headache.

These school holidays, Creative Kids Brisbane are offering a large selection of fun, engaging and inspiring workshops for children of all ages.

The workshops allow children to explore a variety of art forms including clay, painting, illustration, sculpture and mixed media.

From the 4 to 22 January pre-schoolers (3-5 years) and primary schoolers (5-12 years) can enjoy a huge list of fun activities and workshops.

Pre-schoolers will love getting creative in workshops, including fluro fish stencils, crazy monster paintings, pip & pop magicland sculptures, watercolour Picasso paintings, matisse paper cuttings, clay mice and cheese, pop-up surreal scenes, clay nature buttons and more.

Primary schoolers can also enjoy a range of creative activities, including self portrait paintings, pop art pop up stencils, Hundertwasser paintings, 3D wire Picasso faces, watercolour beach landscapes, acrylic wildflower paintings, painted clay monsters, pop-up surreal scenes, wild thing illustrations, Mexican paper cutting, clay penguins and heaps more.

Sure sounds like the perfect way to get a bit of alone time, and some much needed peace and quiet this holidays!
