Enjoy three days of market fun and fresh produce at Manly.
There’s more than enough to keep you entertained during the G20 long weekend, and now the Manly Harbour Village Chamber of Commerce and the Bayside PCYC have thrown even more activities into the mix.
The Market in Manly Weekend is three days of major market fun.
The G20 Markets are on from 8am to 3pm this Friday 14 November. All the usual stalls from the weekly Sunday Manly Creative Market will be operating in Little Bayside during the public holiday for the G20 Summit in Brisbane.
You can start the day with breakfast at one of the many eateries in Manly Harbour Village and then browse the markets whilst enjoying the cool bay breeze. Pick up a snack and a coffee at the markets and when it’s lunchtime, head to Manly for the traditional fare of ‘fish and chips’ . A walk around Manly Harbour Village and out to the point tops off a great day by the bay.
The Jan Powers Farmers Markets will keep the market fun continuing into Saturday, and they are all about keeping things fresh and local. The smells and tastes of just picked the day before fresh produce will tantalize the senses of thousands of happy market goers as they enjoy the bustling carnival atmosphere of this market right on the harbour front. The Jan Powers Farmers Markets will kick off at 6am and run until 12pm, so get in nice and early to snap up the fresh produce.
The Manly Creative Market Sunday will round out the weekend and is geared towards families. The market features food, kid’s rides, a coffee shop, entertainment, a bakery, art, crafts, plants, fruit and vegetables , massage and a dog wash. The Manly Creative Market will be held at Little Bayside Park, at the intersection of the Esplanade and Cambridge Parade, Manly.
