Get ready to sing along to the immortal musical genius of It Wasn’t Me when Shaggy comes to town.
Mr Boombastic himself, Shaggy, has announced he will be making his way back to Brisbane in May 2015.
The second most famous Shaggy in the world (after Scooby Doo’s bestie, of course) will perform in Brisbane on Sunday 17 May at Eatons Hill Hotel. During his tour, the musician will play a string of dates across the country in his first Australian tour in five years.
The dancehall, hip-hop and reggae artist behind such notable hits as It Wasn’t Me and Angel will kick off his triumphant Australian return with a show at Sydney’s Big Top on May 16 followed by stops in Brisbane, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide.
As well as highlights from current album Out Of Many One Music, Shaggy will no doubt be diving deep into his catalogue of singles for these shows, which will follow up his 2010 Australian appearances.
