A new 10 week meditation course will start on Saturday 11th March.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
Rest your Body, Rest your Energy, Rest your Mind.
You will be taken through Dzogchen meditation practices and learn skills on how to focus and calm the mind.
Through the practice of mindfulness and meditation, we learn to be more present in what we are doing. We are less distracted and have less judgement of anything we feel and experience
You are also welcome to participate in our ongoing study course where we will listen to and discuss recorded teachings on meditation and Dzogchen given by revered Tibetan lama, His Eminence Dzogchen Rinpoche.
The course is suitable for those with little or no previous meditation experience as well as those who are experienced.
