Many years ago Sally came upon Mantra Meditation and has been practicing ever since. Her spiritual journey opened up a whole new world as she began to realise that there was more to life.

From there Sally has started to interweave Mantras and spiritual ideas into her music, giving it more depth and meaning.

Sally will be performing live at The Mantra Room West End. There will also be kirtan, a chai bar and a delicious vegetarian meal.
