Australia’s favourite foodie-with-a-topknot, MasterChef winner and Destination Flavour host Adam Liaw is heading to Brisbane for a lively discussion on food, cooking and culture.

Adam’s new book ‘The Zen Kitchen’ is a beautiful collection of easy-to-prepare Japanese recipes and philosophies for the home cook to guide you toward healthier and more enjoyable meal times.
