Dr. Brian Johnson from West End Chiropractic and Wellness Centre has teamed up with Stacey Harris, Owner of Chief Life, CrossFit Trainer and Dietitian.

The Mastering Movement workshop will inspire and empower your readers to take control of their physical health by learning how to incorporate movement into their daily lives, what movement our bodies biologically require and what exercise is most beneficial. An event not to be missed for those interested in improving posture, flexibility, mobility and functioning.

Stacey Harris, Owner of Chief Life, CrossFit HQ Trainer and Dietitian says it’s the little things throughout the day that can make all the difference.

“When people think about movement, they normally think of some kind of “planned” or “organised” exercise session… But it doesn’t have to be that formal! We can move throughout the day in many different ways and there are a number of things to keep in mind when moving more to look after your body”, Stacey said.

Stacey will demonstrate practical exercises to incorporate on a daily basis and encourage participation from attendees.

This won’t be a standard seminar, everyone will be moving on the night!
