Clovely Estate Winery will open the doors to their city cellar to offer Shiraz Flights for the first time. While the city cellar will be open from 11am for tastings, the Shiraz Flights will kick off from 1:30pm and Clovely’s own Lara Levey will be walking tasters through each shiraz to compare, learn the differences and decide on their favourites. There’ll also be newly pressed extra virgin olive oil, fresh from their South Burnett olive groves. The EVOO is yet to be bottled so visitors are encouraged to BYO empty bottle on the day!
