Katrina Ryan, owner and chef of the Golden Pig Food & Wine School is hosting an exciting breakfast event to launch ‘The Great Australian Cookbook’, published by PQ Blackwell, creators of the award winning The Great New Zealand Cookbook.

The Great Australian Cookbook, featuring the food we love from 100 of our finest cooks, chefs, bakers and local heroes, has invited Katrina to contribute to this fine collection of inspirational recipes with two of her own favourite breakfast time dishes: Dad’s Scrambled Eggs with Salmon Roe & Homemade Sour Cream and Sugar-Cured Salmon Crostini With Goats Feta & Salsa.

Other distinguished Australian food personalities featuring in this brilliant cookbook include Margaret Fulton, Maggie Beer, Stephanie Alexander, Kylie Kwong and Neil Perry, just to name a few.

Throughout this morning event, guests will be invited to be seated and to experience Katrina’s scrumptious dishes, featured in the cookbook, whilst enjoying the wonderful spirit of the Golden Pig in its spectacular warehouse location.
