QUT is hosting a mid-autumn moon Festival this September, one of the five different multi-cultural events being held this year.

The mid-autumn moon festival has been an important cultural event for the past 3,000+ years, for China and several East Asian countries.

As part of the cultural celebrations, there will be free mooncake tasting and calligraphy, free cultural performances, as well as lantern and mooncake making workshops.

A large range of well priced Asian cuisine will be available for purchase during the event.

And, no mid-autumn moon festival would be complete without the whole family, so be sure to bring everyone along!
