If you’re a hat lover, head wear enthusiast, aspiring milliner or maybe you’d just like to enjoy a decadent night out, you can’t miss the highly anticipated Millinery Association of Australia’s Imaginarium Masquerade Ball on 3 July at the Hilton Hotel.
The event will celebrate the finale of the Australia Millinery Association Convention which is held over one week at the end of June into July, teaching students all about the art of making hats and headwear.
Hosted by Brisbane’s Design Diva, Leigh Buchanon, the ball will be open to public and is set to welcome over 200 delegates, Australia’s top milliners and overseas guests.
It will feature entertainment and fun from all walks of life like; live acts, burlesque dancers, drag acts and auctions. On the night, there will also be live auctions, one of which will see 15 unique hats go up for sale, all made by Australia’s top milliners in a Master Milliner Challenge.
All proceeds of the night will go to ACT for Kids, so get involved!!
