Hive Cafe on James Street will celebrate the greatness of pork when it hosts the PigOut PopUp on from May 18 until 29.
Featuring a daily rotating menu of meaty goodies to sink your teeth into, the PigOut PopUp is a strict carnivores only event.
There will be Tasty treats on offer including the likes of pulled pork croquettes, jalapeno cornbread with Byron Bay bacon, the Fat Elvis Donut and poached eggs and chipotle hollandaise.
The menus have been put together with the assistance of Aussie chefs with cook-offs, masterclasses and special brunches taking place over the two weeks of pork.
