Graydon Gallery coaxed ten Sunshine Coast Hinterland artists to leave the comfort of their mountain homes and come connect with Brisbane city as part of Art ConnecXions exhibition.
These artists range from painters to sculptors and also include a pastellist, a ceramicist and a photographer, so expect a delightfully diverse range of works as part of this exhibition.
Any time between April 29 – May 10, you can pop into the Gradon Gallery and see the works of these ten artists: Judy Berlak, Bronwyn Brands, Jim Cox, Heather Gall, Margie Lipscombe, Jacky Lowry, Pam Maegdefrau, Elli Schlunke, Tricia Taylor and Carol Weir.
Between them all, they have been hung in the homes of people all around the world and they are all house-hold names in the art world of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. People from both Brisbane and further away have flocked to Maleny, Montville and Mapleton for their Open Studios. Now their new works are in New Farm on your doorstep, providing you with the perfect chance to pick up an amazing piece of art.
