Bike Week is an annual cycling festival which features a range of mostly free events – both on and off the bike – making it the largest cycling festival in Queensland!

This annual celebration of cycling has been held every year since the early 1990’s, and is organised by Bicycle Queensland who pedal the message of getting more people cycling more often.

Bike Week spruiks the spirit of anything and everything cycling: more cycling, more often! With more than 20 activities, over nine fantastic days, we’re going to ‘eat, sleep, ride, and repeat’.

Cyclists can be a part of Bike Week in many ways – whether you’re on a bike or appreciating a film about a bike; or whether it be a way to commute, a leisurely spin with friends around Brisbane, or a challenge between mates in the Coot-tha Challenge as a part of The Great Brisbane Bike Ride.

Some events can be entered on the day but many have limited numbers, so we encourage all participants to register online to guarantee a spot.
