My Kitchen Rules kitchen duo Chloe James and Kelly Ramsay host interactive cooking classes at Hotel Jen for Brisbane foodies.

Held in the commercial kitchen on level five of Hotel Jen, the classes will take place monthly and are limited to 50 people.

Guests will learn to make caprese salad, skampi and smoked salmon mound with fried lotus root; confit lamb with walnut puree; a summer greens salad; and a white chocolate parfait with strawberry soup.

Event includes champagne on arrival, a meet-and-greet with Chloe and Kelly, as well as the one-and-a-half hour cooking class followed by a three-course dinner party (beverage package included).
