This year, Brisbane Open House will feature close to 100 buildings and structures in its weekend building program ranging from private homes to grand public spheres. Brisbane Open House gives you rare access and insights into the extraordinary architecture that defines Brisbane, while introducing you to some of the people who make the city a vibrant and highly liveable place.

Anticipated to beat the record numbers of 2013, this year’s line up of events is promised to please. Old favourites are returning with the popular Children’s Program and Photography Competition back in action while organisers are excited to announce two new Brisbane Open House attractions. The new Made in Brisbane program offers a series of free talks and experiences celebrating the manufacturing and craft industries within our great city, while the new Guided Walking Tours will offer five unique and FREE tours exploring Brisbane’s heritage, the emerging Teneriffe precinct, public art initiatives, the evolution of Brisbane’s laneway culture and more.

The inspiring Speaker Series will also return in the lead up to the Brisbane Open House Weekend and are sure to fill up fast so bookings via Eventbrite are essential.
