The commemorative public run acknowledges and honours the significance of the military to Australia’s defence with the lead up to the 100th anniversary of the landing of ANZAC troops at ¬†Gallipoli 25 April, 1914.

The ANZAC Run is open to people from all walks of life, both current and ex-servicemen and women and their families, along with the general public.

Participants in ANZAC Run will be encouraged to fundraise through the online tool Everyday Hero for such vital organisations as the Mates4Mates, Legacy and Stand Tall for PTS, a foundation and lobby group that raises awareness about Post Traumatic Stress.
