AUSTRALIA’s 2015 Bocuse d’Or candidate, Shannon Kellam, has partnered with acclaimed
French chef and former Bocuse d’Or champion, Serge Vieira, to present a gourmet dinner at
The Regatta Hotel.

The powerful duo will host an indulgent six-course feast on February 19 to benefit the
academy and raise awareness of the culinary cause.

Together with The Regatta Hotel’s Executive Chef Shane Keighley and celebrity chef host
Miguel Maestre, the dinner is sure to be an epicurean treat for those who purchase tickets to
