Sparks will fly at the award-winning Mon Komo Hotel this Valentine’s Day, as the popular entertainment, dining and function venue serves up two special events for both enamoured couples and singles looking to find love.
On Friday 14th February, Mon Komo Hotel’s Restaurant Caribbee will ensure couples indulge in a memorable dining experience, offering a romantic three course dinner by the waterfront.
Each couple will be treated to a sumptuous three course menu and complimentary bottle of Mon Komo Hotel’s house red or white wine ($59 per person).
For entrees, diners will be served a platter of toasted Turkish bread accompanied by a selection of gourmet dips.
For their main course, couples will have the choice between a succulent Jamaican Jerk spiced Chicken Supreme, pan fried snapper fillet, 300g 120day grain-fed steak or a delicious mushroom risotto.
Those looking to completely self-indulge can upgrade to Mon Komo Hotel’s Signature Seafood Shared Platter for their main ($75 per person) – receiving a mouth-watering selection of fresh king prawns, natural, grilled and Bloody Mary oysters, smoked salmon, salt and pepper calamari, grilled sea scallops, tempura prawns, beer battered flathead and pan fried local snapper fillets to share.
Dessert will include a tantalising shared chocolate delight.
Live entertainment will also set the mood at the Cabana Bar and Terrace from 9pm onwards, with popular Brisbane-based cover band Stiffler’s Mum performing classic hits followed by DJ Mike Parsons until late.
Alternatively, for singles in search of love or just a night out with friends, Mon Komo Hotel will host its signature ‘Singles Party’ in the Seabrae Bar from 8.30pm onwards.
Special guest DJ Mandy Onassis supported by DJ Paul Bell and Jotheo will set a thriving atmosphere for guests to meet and mingle.
