Whether you’re an early riser, an evening exerciser or toting a bub, there’s something for everyone with the return of the extremely popular free group fitness classes as part of The Feel Good program at South Bank!
The program kicks off on Monday 23 February and runs until 1 May, delivering a range of fun, free and energising outdoor fitness classes on the Little Stanley Street Lawns.
All classes are free and no bookings are required, although it is recommended that you bring your own towel, mat and water bottle.
As an extra incentive to enjoy some outdoor exercise, Kiss the Berry will be offering free tastings of their yummy acai bowls at their store located under the ABC building after selected classes! Bonus!
There’s a huge range of different classes to cater to all levels of activity and fitness including yoga, pilates, flow, zumba and more. There’s also an option for parents to involve their bubs with a weekly Bubacise class, suitable for mums and dads with babies aged 8 weeks old to crawling.
All classes will be guided by a fully qualified instructor.
