Held at the South Bank Parklands, the Feel Good Program is a series of free exercise classes for anyone who is ready to step up their level of health.

Whether you’re keen for a heart-pumping work out or a calming session of yoga, the Feel Good Program’s got you covered. And to make life even easier, bookings are not required! Simply show up with your towel and water bottle and you’re good to go. The complete program is below. All classes are motivated by Pure Health Clubs.
