Your favourite guilty pleasure is back. Meet the 16 Bachelors who’ll be putting everything — including their dignity — on the line for the chance to win the heart of this year’s Bachelorette.
The new season of The Bachelorette, starring Georgia Love, is coming up in less than three weeks.
Channel Ten have unveiled this year’s crop of handsome blokes who’ll be vying for Love’s… love, and they’re a diverse bunch, all aged between 26 to 35, with professions ranging from sailors to personal trainers to firefighters.
Just wrap your eyes around these likely lads.
Queensland is extremely well represented, with six would-be Romeos hailing from the Sunshine State — marketing company CEO Aaron, medical sales rep Clancy, personal trainer Dale, sales professional Jake, entrepreneur Rhys, and employment coach Tommy.
From New South Wales, we’ve got miner Ben, industrial designer Courtney, marketing manager Matty J and electrician Sam.
From Victoria, we have entrepreneur Carlos, mechanical plumber Lee and security specialist Matt D.
Hailing from Western Australia, we’ve got firefighter Cam and sailing coach Ryan.
And from South Australia, last but potentially not least, is wellness coach Jay.
Bachelorette Georgia says she’s hoping to find love at first sight with one of this year’s crop (which would dramatically shorten the length of the season).
“You can have the butterflies with the fireworks and the fairy lights, but if you can strip all that back and still get the butterflies when that person walks through the door, that’s what I want,” Georgia says.
“That’s what I’m looking for and I just hope that person is going to step out of the limo.”
The new season of The Bachelorette Australia premieres on Wednesday 21 September at 7:30pm. Don’t even try to pretend you won’t be watching.
