RSPCA Op Shop will kick off National Op Shop Week with fashion parades for humans and animals alike, and you’re invited.

National Op Shop Week runs from 21 to 27 August, and encourages communities to support their local second hand charity stores by donating, shopping and volunteering.

The RSPCA Op Shop is getting into the spirit of the occasion with a special fashion parade featuring high quality garments and accessories that’ll be available to purchase at op shop prices. You’ll be able to walk away feeling good, looking good, and knowing your purchase has given animals a second chance.

As well as the human fashion parade, RSPCA’s World For Pets will also be presenting an adorable Pooch Parade!

You’ll be greeted with a glass of bubbly upon arrival, as well as canapes to enjoy as the night progresses. There’ll even be a photo booth, where you can take fun pics and enter them into a competition to win store vouchers.

The Wacol Op Shop and the World For Pets Superstore will both have extended trading hours on the night, and when you’re not shopping or watching the parades, you can hit up the licensed bar!

The RSPCA Op Shop Fashion Parade will be held at Wacol’s RSPCA Op Shop (139 Wacol Station Road, Wacol) from 6pm on Saturday 20 August. This is a ticketed event; you can buy your ticket online now.

100 percent of the profits from the event will stay with the RSPCA, helping all creatures great and small.
