The Brisbane Fashion Weekend is set to take the city’s fashion scene by storm this October.

Held on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 October at the Royal International Convention Centre in Bowen Hills, the event will see thousands of visitors through its doors all on the hunt for the latest collections, discounted designer wear and special offers.

The two-day affair will offer fashionistas the opportunity to buy from more than 50 Australian designers and labels in the Pop-Up Precinct, as well as take in the glamour of The Runway from the front row when a selection of labels take their designs to the catwalk.

The Runway is set to be a style-hunter’s dream, thanks to Brisbane-based fashion stylist extraordinaire, Kimberly Gardner, who has joined the event as a Runway Stylist.

Kimberly has over 15 years’ experience working with major industry players such as Chanel, David Jones, Indooroopilly, Myer Centre and Queens Plaza; just a few of Kimberly’s key clients.

Her extensive experience styling fashion editorials, and as styling manager for Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival, means that Kimberly is across all fashion and style spectrums and the runway show will certainly reflect that.

Visitors to Brisbane Fashion Weekend will also have the opportunity to hear from fashion industry experts on Centre Stage, relax and unwind with a mini-treatment or two in the Pamper Room, and soak up the fashion-infused atmosphere with a glass of bubbly in the Champagne Lounge.

If you’re a fashionista, designer or just love clothes you can’t miss this event! For more information about the event or on designers and labels that will be there visit www.brisbanefashionweekend.com.au
