After months of surveying, the votes are in and Australia’s best holiday parks have been named.

Earlier this year, Turu┬ábegan a hunt to showcase the nation’s best camp grounds for any type of holiday experience.

Turu General Manager Robert Gallagher says more than 3000 people voted in the survey.

“Empty nesters, or grey nomads, are but one part of the picture with plenty of young Aussies enjoying nothing more than a laid-back getaway in the van or the tent,” says Gallagher.

“All our state and specialist award categories have been keenly contested, and all the finalists represent a great holidaying experience – so a special congratulations to our winners on a wonderful achievement.”
